Martini glass?

While on my garage sale day extraordinaire, I picked it up to see how much this was, and the first thing I noticed was how great it felt in my hand! Solid, heavy, and comfortable. And it got me to thinking...first how much I'd love a lucious cosmopolitan. But then how much I'd rather have 6 glasses that felt great to hold and drink from that didn't match than 6 trendy or otherwise nice looking specimens that didn't. Therein lies much of the difference between the majority of the world, and me. I just can't help thinking how much time and money --and effort people spend making things look great, to the point of keeping businesses afloat solely for purpose of making our homes look better. Like how most retail businesses struggle through the whole year just to go into the black in the "holiday season." What a waste! It kind of reminds me of vandalism...
